It’s wonderful to go away and often times even more wonderful to return home. Especially when you are greeted with a stack of new craft supplies. Here’s what some of the new boxes brought while we were gone.

The latest issue of Green Craft Magazine. This is a clever and practical magazine.

Night Owl Paper Goods is the fantastic company that prints our business cards. They use sustainably harvested yellow birch wood for all of their adorable greeting cards, postcards and more. We are now stocking blank cards in notecard and business card sizes so you can make your own. Night Owl encourages you to decorate your cards with a wide variety of mediums: stamps, paint, markers, glitter, and colored pencils.

In preparation for a needle felting class we will be offering this fall, we have stocked up on all of the necessary supplies. These needle sets are nice as they include sizes for large area felting as well as more detailed work.

New colors of these popular scrapbooks from American Crafts are in.

Martha’s glitter is just too delicious to resist. This collection contains many colors of her chunkier glitter. Beautiful.

It’s the little things.... Like needle threaders.

Poster paint in all of the required colors. Yes, it is almost school-project time.

Freezer paper. What can’t it do?! Our favorite use is to make your own stencils for fabric painting. After you cut out your design, iron the stencil onto your fabric to keep it from moving around while you work on your creation.

This to That are like puffy Glu-Dots. They adhere one thing to another, but with a little lift.

And that’s it for now, but do stay tuned for lots of new stuff coming soon. We can’t help ourselves.
