...for a cowl.

I mean, how could it be, when all you do is:

• Grab a hank of Madelinetosh Chunky and a circular needle (size 8-ish, 16” long).

• Cast on 105 stitches (or thereabouts; just make sure it’s an ODD number)

• Join.

Knit 1 stitch, purl 1 stitch, repeat and don’t stop until you reach the end of the hank.

• Cast off and start wearing your cowl with pride even if it’s unseasonably warm out and everyone else is going to the beach.

The end.

p.s. ANY color of Madelinetosh Chunky will be the perfect one for this or any other project. Colors that I’ve never looked at twice in my life have completely come alive in this yarn. Yellows, turquoise, peach - are suddenly all my best friends. This yarn is magical.

p.p.s. If none of this made any sense to you, but you still want to make a cowl, come to Knit Night. It’s free and we don’t make fun of anyone. Much. Winking
