Having a store that covers so many different craft “topics” means a lot of things, not the least of which is you never quite know what the UPS guy will be bringing you on a given day.

Since I hate to leave any one section neglected and out in the cold, our shipments are usually a mash-up of treats that will eventually head to all four corners of the store.

It’s fun.

Why do you ask?

Ever since Mary posted this pattern on her website, I’ve been distracting myself with heart knitting quite a bit.



Here’s shot of the collection I made and then stitched into a banner.

Blocking improved it dramatically.

That fuzzy stuff is Malabrigo Angora.

Not a yarn you would normally associate with angora and frankly, it doesn’t look like much on the ball, but it’s dreamy knit up.
